Kim Dupont brings a wealth of experience, strong business acumen, leadership, and a reputation for excellence and being a change agent to her role as an Executive Search Director with BioPointe. Her experience ranges from management, compliance, and training, to professional recruiting, small business startup, mergers and acquisitions.
Kim was awarded her BA in Accounting from the University of North Florida in 1999, but
her career began as an Operations Manager in the financial services industry, in 1991.Throughout her career, she has excelled in roles as Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, Regional Operations Liaison, and Control Officer. In a short-term role as
professional recruiter, she exceeded all 6-month goals in 6 weeks and was asked to launch a new division in Jacksonville. She has supervised and assisted the businesses of over 40 brokers across 5 branch locations at one time, developed and implemented business processes and systems, launched an independent brokerage firm and an investment advisory firm, served as corporate officer, and led business mergers and acquisitions. Kim gives back to the community by serving as the Children’s Director and a Trustee Board Member of her church.
In all, she has melded the chaos of creativity and the effective, efficient order of good business processes. This dynamic synthesis, in combination with her hard skills, experience, and passion for excellence has made her a highly prized asset.
